Return & Refund Policy

At IV League, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in its original condition
  • with all tags attached
  • in its original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • worn or washed items
  • items damaged after delivery
  • gift cards
  • sale items marked final sale
  • customised or altered items

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or item, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • store credit
  • an alternative item
  • a refund where appropriate

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item is faulty
  • the item was damaged in transit

We recommend using a tracked courier or shipping method, as IV League cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • reason for return
  • any relevant photos if the item is faulty or incorrect

We will provide the next steps once your return request has been reviewed.

8. Sale Items

Sale items may only be returned if they are faulty, unless otherwise stated.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Processing Times

Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for us to review your return once received
  • 7–10 business days for approved refunds to reflect in your account
