Shipping policy
At IV League, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During launch periods, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Standard Delivery
- Main centres: 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
3. Preorders
Please note that preorder items do not follow the standard processing and delivery timelines above.
If you purchase a preorder item, the estimated delivery timing will depend on when the item becomes available. Customers will be notified once the preorder item is ready for dispatch or delivery.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold the full order until all items are ready, unless otherwise communicated.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We may offer:
- flat-rate shipping
- free shipping promotions
- special launch delivery offers
Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details, where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
IV League cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- incorrect delivery details
- incomplete addresses
- unavailable recipients
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- courier issues
- weather disruptions
- public holidays
- high order volumes
- remote delivery locations
IV League is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist where we can.
8. Local Delivery Availability
At this stage, we currently ship to addresses within South Africa only unless otherwise stated.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, missing, or lost, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will investigate the issue with the courier and keep you updated.
10. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the parcel and item
- a short description of the issue
We will review the matter and advise on the next steps.
